At Upmart (a Singapore registered company), we sell our products according to the Terms and Conditions written here. By accessing and logging onto the Upmart website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"). This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) is a legally binding and enforceable contract that establishes the Terms and Conditions of use of our Website. Please also read and familiarise yourself with the Upmart Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By continuing to use this website you agree to accept these terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Upmart Privacy Policy).


Local shipping (Singapore)

We offer shipping within Singapore by Singpost standard mail. Any other form of deliveries such as QExpress or personal delivery is at the discretion of our company. If you prefer to have your order sent to you by courier, or self-collection, please send us a message. 

International shipping

We can provide international shipping via Singpost or by our regular delivery companies. Do email us to check on your shipping rates prior to your purchase.  Please note that we are not responsible for any additional taxes or any restrictions in the recipient's country. When indicated "Free delivery/Free postage", it only applies to delivery within Singapore.



 As all products of Upmart are handmade and some are from recycled materials, you can expect that all our products will have some imperfections and each piece is unique in itself. Once our products are sold, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged save for items that have been deemed to have major defects. For items with major defects, they must be returned in their original condition and with the packaging they came in, within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that the return postage is to be borne by you. You may return the item with major defects for a full refund or you can exchange it for another item of the same value. If there are any signs of wear and tear or any other signs of physical misuse, UpMart will not accept the item(s) for refund or exchange.


We will try to ensure that we have stock availability of all listed products. However, some items may sell faster than we can update on our website. In the event an item(s) in your package order becomes unavailable, or due to unforeseen supply chain risk and disruption, we will substitute the item(s) with other goods of equivalent or higher value. We will inform you by the email or mobile number that you provide.


We will try our best to conform to our product descriptions, colours and dimensions. However, as our products are handmade and each one is unique, we may NOT conform exactly to its descriptions, colours and dimensions. Due to supply availability or delay risk, we will not guarantee the accuracy of product information, picture and packaging displayed on our website.  


We reserve the right to revise and vary the terms and conditions from time to time. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website.
